This notice explains what happens to your details when you book a meeting with the DelVam team at book.del-vam.com. We collect only what we need to arrange and hold the meeting.
Who is responsible
DelVam Marketing Partners, San Marcos, CA 92078, United States. Contact for anything about your data: hello@del-vam.com. You can also simply reply to any email about your meeting.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, and the email addresses of anyone you add to the meeting.
- The answers you give on the booking form, and your time zone.
- The time you chose, and whether the meeting was moved or cancelled.
- Technical records our hosting keeps for security, such as IP addresses in server logs, for a short time.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The booking pages set no cookies at all; the team’s sign-in uses one strictly necessary cookie.
Why, and on what basis
- To arrange, hold, move or cancel the meeting you asked for: steps you requested before any agreement with us (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To send the invitation, reminders and changes about that meeting, and to keep the service secure: our legitimate interest in running meetings reliably (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not add you to a newsletter and we do not sell or share your personal information.
Who helps us
These providers process data for us under data processing agreements:
- Supabase — database, hosted in the United States (us-west-1).
- Vercel — web hosting.
- Resend — sending the emails about your meeting.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365) — your host’s Outlook calendar and the Microsoft Teams meeting.
- DelVam’s internal project planner, for the work that follows a meeting.
Transfers outside the EU
The DelVam team and these providers are in the United States. Transfers rely on the providers’ data processing agreements, which include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified.
How long we keep it
Meeting details stay as long as we need them for our relationship with you. Your name, email and answers are removed automatically 24 months after the meeting, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to hello@del-vam.com and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Security
Everything travels over encrypted connections. Links that let you change a booking are unique to you, and only their fingerprint is stored. Only the DelVam team can see bookings, and each person sees their own.
California
We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context advertising.
